Prices in USD. Cancel anytime — cancellation starts a 30-day wind-down with read and export access throughout, described on the security page.

Every plan includes every capability

Plans differ by capacity — documents, storage, investor users, AI questions — and by nothing else. There is no feature matrix to decode, because there is no feature matrix. The full capability table applies to all three plans:

  • Phase-gated disclosure, enforced server-side
  • Per-investor watermarking on view-only documents
  • AI Q&A over your documents, with citations
  • Per-investor engagement analytics
  • Branded data room on your own URL slug
  • One-click full export (ZIP, folder structure preserved)
  • 30-day wind-down on cancellation, export available throughout

How data room pricing usually works

Most of the virtual data room industry prices one of four ways. If you have shopped for one before, this will be familiar:

Quote-based

Datasite, Intralinks

No prices published at all. Their sites route every pricing question to a demo request or a quote form, and the number you eventually get is negotiated per project. Fine when you have a procurement team; slow when you have a deal.

Per page

Legacy enterprise plans

A holdover from the era of scanned paper. Industry buyer’s guides commonly cite $0.40–$0.85 per page for legacy per-page plans — at those rates a few thousand pages of diligence material prices like a used car, and the bill grows every time you upload.

Per storage tier

Ansarada

Ansarada is the exception that publishes numbers: its full-feature Premium plans run $479/month for 250 MB to $8,579/month for 20 GB month-to-month — $244 to $5,134 on a twelve-month commitment — with a smaller US-only Essentials line from $99/month. Its “get pricing” page still routes through a quote builder, and every discounted rate requires the annual term.

Per user

Various

Per-seat pricing punishes exactly what a fundraise or sale process needs: adding more investors. Third-party listings report per-user VDR pricing starting around $25 per user per month — twenty investors in, that math has already beaten a flat plan.

We price flat because our costs are capped the same way yours are: each plan carries explicit ceilings on storage and AI usage, so neither side gets a surprise. And we publish the numbers because a founder-run raise or a mid-market sale does not have a procurement team to send to four demo calls. The full comparison with enterprise tools is on the enterprise VDR page.

What “uncapped” means on Enterprise

Enterprise documents, storage, and AI questions are uncapped for any realistic deal, with fair-use ceilings that exist so “uncapped” can be a real sentence instead of an asterisk: 500 documents, 25 GB of storage, and 2,000 AI questions per calendar month. If a legitimate process needs more, we raise them — talk to us. The exact ceilings and how they are applied are stated in the fair-use clause of our Terms.

Billing questions

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes, you can change your plan yourself at any time. In your data room, go to Settings → Plan & Billing and click "Manage Subscription" to open the Stripe billing portal, where you can upgrade, downgrade, update payment details, or cancel.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Cancel anytime from Settings → Plan & Billing → "Manage Subscription" (the Stripe billing portal). Your data room stays active until the end of your current billing period. After that, a 30-day wind-down starts: investors lose access, but you keep read and export access the whole time, with three notices along the way. At the end of the 30 days, the room and every document in it are permanently deleted.

How do I update my payment method?

Go to Settings → Plan & Billing and click "Manage Subscription" to open the Stripe customer portal, where you can update your payment method and view invoices.

What happens when my deal closes?

Keep your data room active for future rounds or due diligence requests, or cancel anytime — there are no long-term contracts. On cancellation, a 30-day wind-down starts with export available throughout and three notices along the way, then the room and every document in it are permanently deleted.

More questions are answered on the support page, or try the product first — the live demo data room is open to everyone, no signup.
